Although our physical headquarters is in Charlotte NC, we are delighted to serve clients globally. No matter where you are, distance won’t hinder us from crafting your dream gown. We are fully prepared to collaborate remotely, guaranteeing a smooth and personalized experience for clients everywhere.
What is the time frame and cost for a custom bridal dress?
The production time for our custom bridal dresses typically ranges from 6 to 9 months. If you need it sooner, we offer expedited options at an additional cost. What is the time frame for completing other custom order (not including custom wedding?
The usual turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks. If you need your order faster, we offer expedited service for an additional fee.

How can I determine my correct size?

What is your refund policy?
Because all products are customized to match the buyer’s preferences or needs, exchanges are not allowed. Each custom order requires the buyer to specify their size due to the unique production process. When purchasing Moor Clothing off the rack online, items will be produced and shipped based on the size selected at checkout. When can I expect to receive my dress after I place my order for off-the-rack store or online shop orders?
Orders from our off-the-rack or online shop are generally processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped. We utilize UPS standard shipping, which usually takes 3-7 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location, and you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you need to expedite your order, this option is available for an additional shipping fee, with shipping choices presented during checkout.
How should I take care of my dress?
All of our dresses are suitable for machine washing. How can I purchase your ready-to-wear/off-the-rack dress / how can I order a custom dress? You can purchase ready-made items through our online store or by visiting us in person. Do you offer installment options?
Regrettably, we do not offer that option. However, when you make a purchase from our online store, you will find payment options that let you buy products and pay over time. Please be aware that these options vary in their payment methods, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions.
