Returns and Refunds Policy

Off-The-Rack Items
At Moor Clothing Store, we take great pride in the quality of our garments. If you’re not satisfied with your off-the-rack purchase due to a major defect, we’re happy to assist! However, please note that returns or exchanges will only be accepted for garments with significant faults.

Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom garments, exchanges are not accepted once the order has been confirmed. Custom orders are tailored specifically to your specifications and size.

What if I Change My Mind or Don’t Like the Product?
If you change your mind after confirming your custom order, you have the following two options:

  • Partial Refund: Forfeit 75% of the total cost, and Moor Clothing will retain the garment.

  • Complete Your Order: Pay the remaining 25% of the balance, and we will complete and ship your garment as originally agreed.

Quality Assurance & Missed Defects
All items undergo a comprehensive quality control inspection before being shipped. In the rare case that a defect slips through, we offer a free repair or replacement for the product. If the defect is significant (as determined by our quality control team), you will be entitled to a full refund.

Reporting an Issue
If you discover an issue with your purchase, please act quickly! All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. To facilitate a prompt resolution, please contact us at info@moorclothingstore.com with your name, contact information, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Our team will respond as soon as possible to arrange a resolution.

Return Timeframe for Defective Items
All returns for items with significant defects must be shipped back to Moor Clothing Store within 7 days of receiving the order. Items received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


 

By purchasing from Moor Clothing Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Chargeback Agreement: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without attempting to resolve the issue directly with us will result in immediate termination of your order and further legal action.

  2. Order Completion Confirmation: Custom orders are processed according to the size and specifications chosen at checkout. Once your order has been finalized and payment is made, any cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes after the fact will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

  3. No Chargeback Without Prior Resolution: Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their garment if there are defects. Failure to follow these steps may prevent a refund or return, and may result in a refusal to process chargeback requests.
