Returns for Off-The-Rack Items
Things don’t go as planned and uncertainties do happen. If you’re not happy with your off-the-rack purchase due to a major defect, we’ll be happy to help! However, returns or exchanges will only be accepted for garments with significant faults.
Please Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. When you order online, we’ll produce your garment based on the size you select at checkout.
What if I don’t like the product ?
If you change your mind after confirming your custom order, you have two options:
- Partial Refund: You can forfeit 75% of the total cost and Moor Clothing will keep the garment.
- Complete Your Order: Pay the remaining 25% and we’ll complete and ship your dress as planned.
Quality Assurance & Missed Defects
Rest assured, all Moor Clothing items undergo a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped. However, in the rare case that a defect slips through, you’re entitled to a free repair or replacement. If the fault is significant, as determined by our quality control team, you’ll receive a full refund.
Reporting an Issue
If you discover a problem with your purchase upon arrival, time is of the essence! Please notify Moor Clothing within 24 hours of receiving your item. To expedite the process, email us at info@moorclothingstore.com with your name, contact number, a detailed description of the fault, and clear photos of the defect. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a return or replacement.
Return Timeframe
All returns for major defects must be shipped back to Moor Clothing within 7 days of receiving your order.
