How It Works?
Your consultation is a personalized session with our lead designer, Mo, where we begin
crafting your dream dress. The consultation fee is non-refundable and a one-time service, but will be credited
toward your final dress cost should you choose to move forward with a custom order.
What to Expect from Your Consultation:
• Explore your design ideas and review fabric options
• Take your measurements
• Answer any questions you may have
• Sketch your dream dress design and provide you with the sketch
• Provide an accurate quote for the project and a likely completion date
Consultation Requirements:
• A consultation is required before any custom order can proceed
• Consultations can only be scheduled after you’ve submitted the Custom Order Form and received a response via email
• Do not book a consultation until these steps are completed

Appointments are held in-person at our store or virtually via Zoom

Be in a quiet, private space—consultations cannot be conducted while
driving or in noisy environments
Important Policies:
These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all
custom orders.
• Your custom order is not confirmed until the order has been officially placed
• The date you book your consultation does not mark the start of your order
• Your order officially begins once a 70% deposit of the quoted price is received
• Production timeline begins from the date of deposit, not the consultation
• All custom orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to your specifications
