Ready-to-wear garments are available for purchase through our online store and require full payment at checkout.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and other available information carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of our garments and limited availability of certain designs, styles and sizes may sell out and may not be restocked.

Processing, shipping, delivery, and return information for ready-to-wear purchases is provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Custom garments are individually designed and produced specifically for each client. A consultation is required before a custom order is accepted.

Following the consultation and confirmation of the design, specifications, and final price, a 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion and before pickup, shipment, or delivery of the garment.

Once the design has been approved and production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Production timelines vary depending on the design, materials, embellishments, fitting requirements, and seasonal demand. An estimated timeline will be communicated as part of the custom-order process.

Moor Clothing creates original designs tailored to each client’s selected style, preferences, and specifications.

Inspiration images may be used to communicate general preferences; however, Moor Clothing does not guarantee or undertake exact replication of another designer’s work.

Final design details, fabrics, embellishments, and other specifications will be confirmed as part of the custom-order process.

Clients purchasing custom garments are responsible for providing accurate measurements and attending scheduled fittings where applicable.

Changes in body measurements after measurements have been taken or fittings completed may affect the final fit of the garment and may require additional alterations.

Moor Clothing is not responsible for alterations or modifications performed by another tailor, seamstress, or third party after the garment has been released to the client.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Ready-to-wear purchases require full payment at checkout. Custom-order pricing is determined based on the approved design, materials, construction, embellishments, and other requirements of the garment.

Custom work will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

Any additional work or design changes requested after the original specifications have been approved may result in additional charges and/or changes to the production timeline. Any such changes will be communicated before the additional work proceeds.

Submitting payment or an order through our website does not prevent Moor Clothing from cancelling an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Moor Clothing cancels an order that has already been paid and production has not commenced, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Many Moor Clothing garments incorporate specialty fabrics, lace, beading, sequins, crystals, appliqués, embroidery, and other handcrafted details.

Slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, embellishment placement, or other handcrafted details may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Minor shedding of beads, sequins, feathers, glitter, or other embellishments may also occur naturally with wear, handling, or movement.

We make every reasonable effort to display garment colors accurately; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the characteristics of individual fabrics and materials.

Moor Clothing’s original designs, sketches, photographs, videos, graphics, written content, branding, and other original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Moor Clothing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

We appreciate clients who choose to share photographs and videos of themselves wearing Moor Clothing designs.

Sharing an image with Moor Clothing does not automatically grant us permission to use it for advertising or promotional purposes. Where appropriate, we may request permission before featuring identifiable client images on our website, social media, portfolio, or promotional materials.

Personal information collected through our website, checkout, consultations, and order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may be provided to payment processors, shipping carriers, technology providers, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, deliver services, or operate our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moor Clothing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited

Processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, returns, exchanges, and procedures for reporting damaged or defective merchandise are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Custom and made-to-order garments are subject to the custom-order provisions stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Moor Clothing may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any revised terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

The terms applicable to a purchase or custom order will generally be those in effect when the applicable transaction or agreement is made, except where otherwise required by law.
